Through this program, you will transform your relationship with movement into something that enables deeper connection with others and brings joy into your life. We are so honored to be on this journey with you.

This 7 week course, adapted from concepts developed by Amy Gardner, MS, CEDRD, RYT’s  iMove™ program, provides a clear roadmap to break free from disordered exercise and feel at home in your body. Taylor, a former group fitness instructor, has been intensively trained in the iMove™ program and has research published in the International Journal of Exercise Science. Co-facilitator, Jessi was a former athlete participating in softball, volleyball, gymnastics, and figure skating.

Most frequently asked questions and answers

Yes, groups will be live and will take place virtually over Zoom. This gives students the chance to actively learn, participate and ask questions.

If you cannot attend live or need to miss a session, no worries. All sessions will be recorded for you to view later.

Please note: You still need to purchase all course content regardless of if you can attend live or not.

This course is not available for insurance coverage at this time.

One benefit of group nutrition counseling is a lower cost vs. 1:1 nutrition counseling. 

This course is not a substitution for eating disorder care but could possibly be a great addition to concurrent treatment. 

This course if intended for individuals 18+ years old.

No, this course is group nutrition counseling only at this time. There will be time to answer individual questions and concerns throughout the group sessions.

No, although this course combines education and active application through physical movement, all activities will be able to be done without additional equipment.
