This virtual course, adapted from concepts developed by Amy Gardner, MS, CEDRD, RYT’s  iMove™ program, provides a clear roadmap to break free from disordered exercise and feel at home in your body. 

Exercise Freedom will help you explore your current relationship with movement, determine how it is aligned with your life values and set goals for how you truly want to engage with movement! This course will take you through 10 self-paced modules that explore the science behind our nervous systems effect on our relationship with exercise, the influence of diet culture and other pressures, and how to utilize polyvagal theory and embodiment to change how you engage with and view movement in your life. There is NO OTHER resource like this out there!

This program has been adapted into a fully virtual course that you will be able to complete in the comfort of your own home at your own pace!

This course is not available for insurance coverage at this time.

One benefit of this online course is that it can be offered at a lower cost compared to 1:1 counseling. 

This course is not a substitution for eating disorder care but could possibly be a great addition to concurrent treatment. 

This course if intended for individuals 18+ years old as content provided is presented at a higher level but, with parental guidance, this course could be beneficial for younger participants as well!

No, this course is only offered as a pre-recorded program at this time. All customers should feel free to reach out directly to us if any issues or questions arise as you work through the content via our contact page on our website.
